These offerings are non-accredited and do not constitute formal qualifications unless explicitly stated.
-
We do not issue certificates unless specified as part of a particular offering.

3. Payments
-
Payments must be made in advance through our website, or on the day of the event using a secure mobile card machine.
-
Cash may be accepted at the provider’s discretion, but we encourage card payments for transparency and security.
-
We do not currently charge VAT, and all listed prices are inclusive of all applicable fees.
-
Refunds are only issued under specific conditions (see Section 5 below).
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or non-attendance may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
-
In the event that a provider cancels or reschedules a session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
-
Refunds are considered only if:
-
The session is cancelled by the provider without a suitable replacement option.
-
You cancel at least 48 hours before the session and request a refund instead of a credit.
-
-
No refunds are offered for partially attended sessions or dissatisfaction due to subjective outcomes (e.g., “did not meet expectations”).
6. Use of the Platform
-
The platform connects learners with independent course facilitators, tutors, and coaches.
-
While we vet all providers before registration, we do not accept liability for the quality or content of sessions delivered.

Users are expected to provide accurate information upon registration and maintain professional, respectful conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
-
All course materials, content, and branding remain the property of their respective creators and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without written permission.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or platform.
